Viman Nagar is the area in the Pune city which got it's name from the Air Port located next to it.The area comes under the jurisdiction of Pune Municiple Corporation which is based in the east corridor of Pune city,which is about half kilometer from Pune International Airport and about 6 kilometer from Pune Railway Station.
