Shirdi is a popular pilgrimage in Indian state of
Maharashtra where the temple of Shri Sai Baba is located. This temple is very
popular in entire country dedicated to the great Indian saint, yogi, fakir and
guru Shri Sai Baba who devoted his entire life for helping poor and needy
peoples. This temple is situated in Ahmednagar District of Maharashtra in India
and every year many thousands of devotees visit this temple to seek the
blessings from Lord Sai and to pay their respects towards Sai.
In Shirdi apart from the temple of Sai there are many more
places to visit such as Dwarkamayi, chavadi and many more. Entry to the temple
is free but every devotee has to stand in a queue for taking darshan and
therefore special pass facility is available here because of which one can
easily take darshan.

Dwarkamai – This is the place where Baba used to
live that is a mosque where Sai Baba lived till his death for the entire span
of 60 years. Baba turned this mosque into Dwarkamai where Sai Baba stayed.

Chawadi – Chawadi is a place where Sai Baba used
to sleep every alternate night. Chawadi is one of the important places in
Shirdi.

Gurusthan – Gurusthan is a place where Baba was
found by the villagers. When Baba came to Shirdi, he was spotted under Neem
tree and this place is known as Gurusthan.

Khandoba Temple – This is the temple where
Mahalsapati of Shirdi declared that Sai was not an ordinary man.

Samadhi Mandir – This is the main attraction of
Shirdi that is Samadhi temple where on the samadhi of Shri Sai Baba the temple
is built by his followers.
Shirdi is easy to access as it is well connected by all the
transportation mediums such as by road, by train and by air also. The most
convenient way to reach Shirdi is by bus as you can get buses from many major
cities of India. For accommodation, there are numbers of hotels and lodges
available that provides excellent facilities to their customers. Most of the
tourists prefer hotels in Shirdi near temple because these hotels are
convenient to tourists to attain aarti. So come and visit Shirdi temple.
