Bangalore, the capital of Indian state of Karnataka is the third most populous city. The city is a well known in India as the Technology town and IT capital of India. Bangalore is among the top 10 most preferred entrepreneurial locations in the world. This city was earlier known as Garden city and City of pensioners but today Bangalore is a large cosmopolitan city which is the major centre of India’s IT industry and popularly known as Silicon Valley of India.

·         Bangalore Palace – This palace was constructed by Majaraja of Mysore in 1887 depicts the Tudor style. This palace is one of the most important tourist’s attractions as the palace is very well built in Gothic style. Earlier the palace was not opened for public but now days this is open to everyone.

·         Lal Bagh – This is one of the most beautiful botanical garden having about 1000 species of rare plants and herbs that are imported from all over the world. In this garden there is a glass house depicting London’s Crystal Palace which is the main attraction of this garden.

·         TIpu Sultan’s Palace – This palace was one of the Tipu Sultans summer retirements, a double storied flowery wooden structure. This palace has columns, curves and balconies which are laid with gardens on both sides of the path which leads to the palace.

·         Shiva Temple – This temple has a massive monolith of Lord Shiva which is located in the middle of the artificial pool on old airport road. In this temple there is a cave like walk through behind the statue. Thousands of devotees visit this temple every month and on festivals the temple is full of devotees.

Bangalore is well connected with the rest of the country by Bangalore City Railway Station. Bangalore International Airport is also very famous and one of the busiest airport in the city.
