A visit to famous Hyderabad city



Hyderabad is a popular city located in Indian state of Andhra Pradesh which is also known as Pearl city because the city is a major trading centre of pearls. This city was rules by Qutub Shahis, Mughals and Nizams and therefore the city is known as Nizams city. The city is noted for its monuments and history that includes the masterpiece Charminar and the fort Golconda.
Throughout the history, Hyderabad was the centre for local tradition, arts, literature, architecture and cuisine. This city is one of the important the best tourists destinations as there are number of places to see and the rich history of this city attracts many tourists. There are multitudes of masjids, temples, forts, lakes, churches and bazaars in the city. The city is also famous because of HITEC City the technology town of Hyderabad city which houses many local and global software companies and because of this Hyderabad is famous among engineering students. For tourism, the city is very popular as therefore visited by number of tourists every year.

·         Charminar -  This monument is a major landmark of Hyderabad with four grateful minarets. This monument was built by Mohmmad Quli Qutub Shah. This old monument many times used to represent the city.
·         Ratnalayam Temple – This temple is a stunning replica recreated in the form of Tirumala Lord Venkateshwara . This temple is very famous in south India and is a centre of attraction for many devotees and lovers of Lord Venkateshwara.
·        Makkah Masjid – This mosque is situating immediate next to Charminar. This mosque is a stone built mosque remarkable for its architecture and among the most beautiful mosques in Hyderabad.
·         Golconda Fort – Golconda fort is one of the most important and magnificent fortress in India. This fort is located on hill in one side and spiraling fort on the other side.  This fort is one of the favorite tourist’s destinations.

There are many more places to visit in Hyderabad and that are worth to visit such as Hussain Sagar Lake, Falaknuma Palace, Paigah Palace and many more. Hyderabad is easy to reach and well connected by all the transportation mediums such as by road, by train and by air. Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is well connected to all the cities of the country. By roads also there are number of buses and taxis are available. As many tourists come to this city and therefore for accommodation, there are number of hotels and lodges available. These hotels provide excellent facility to their customers. Hotels in Hyderabad range from budget to five stars. Most of the tourists prefer hotels near airport and railway station and hotels near Secunderabad railway station are very popular.
